Prime FAQs – Everything you need to know
Here we have compiled some important information for your holiday.
Your apartment will be available for check-in from approximately 3:00 PM.
We kindly ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 9:00 AM (in winter) or 10:00 AM (in summer) on the day of departure.

To protect against fire hazards, our building is equipped with a modern fire alarm system. Please note that the fire detectors are very sensitive, including in the living and kitchen areas. Therefore, in case of light smoke while cooking, we kindly ask you to also open a window in addition to using the extractor fan.
If the fire alarm system is triggered, please do not touch or tamper with the fire detectors on the ceiling. The system can only be reset centrally.
Every alarm must be taken seriously! One person should remain near the apartment entrance door and wait for instructions. After the initial check and deactivation of the alarm, we will come by and provide further information.
Your apartment is equipped with a beer tapping system. The instructions can be accessed directly on the device via a QR code.
We have already placed pre-chilled beer kegs for you in your minibar (outside your apartment). Would you prefer a different beer brand? Please contact us – we may have alternative options in stock.
In winter, free of charge with your ski pass, and in summer with the digital guest card for Gerlos.

During your stay, we are happy to deliver fresh bread rolls directly to your apartment every day.
WINTER: You will receive an email from “My Regio Service”, where you can order your bread rolls via a link.
Delivery from Monday to Friday, billing will be included in the final invoice.
SUMMER:
In the apartment, you will find a list of available products that can be ordered via email.
Your order will be delivered daily (except Sundays) in the morning to your minibar by 7:30 AM.
Billing will be included in the final invoice.
You are welcome to charge your electric vehicle at the designated charging stations at Prime.
Please tell us the charger number and we will start the charging process.
Alternatively, you can start the charging process yourself using your room key and follow the instructions on the display.
Cost: EUR 0.48 per kWh
After the charging session is completed, the amount will be automatically added to your bill.
We gift the FREE Mountain Pass exclusively to guests who book directly with us.
This allows you to use the cable car free of charge every day as often as you like.
(Value of, for example, 10 mountain rides per day: EUR 190 per person)
Underground garage spaces and covered outdoor parking are available. For apartments accommodating up to 8 persons, 2 parking spaces are provided per unit. For the apartment accommodating up to 16 persons, 3 parking spaces are provided. (Additional parking spaces are charged at EUR 9.50 per day per space.)
Dogs are warmly welcome in the Prime Apartments and in the Stadl Lodge.
We charge EUR 24 per dog per day, excluding food.
Food and water bowls are provided.
Towel change takes place once a week or on Wednesdays. Fresh towels will be placed in your minibar by the afternoon, and a box for used towels will be provided next to it.
On request, you can order fresh towels daily for an additional fee.
The best way to do this is via the messenger system on the wall-mounted telephone.
Cost: EUR 2.50 per towel.

It must be paid in cash to the landlord upon arrival.
In the kitchens you will find:
Refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction cooktop, oven with convection function, dishwasher (tabs included), microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine (filters included), Nespresso machine (capsules available on site), cutlery, pots, pans, baking dish, cooking utensils, tea towels, chopping boards, knife set, glasses, plates, bowls, and coffee service.
Our dishwasher is stocked with tabs. The red light on the floor indicates that the machine is currently in operation.
Please clean the induction cooktop only with water and a soft cloth.
We kindly ask you to handle kitchen appliances such as the coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and oven with care. In case of any defect or damage, please inform us via the messenger system so that we can arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
The kitchen worktops are not heat-resistant! Please do not place hot pots or pans on the surfaces. You will find special trivets/coasters in the apartment for this purpose.
We gladly accept debit cards (Maestro), Mastercard, and Visa.
This switches on and off automatically.
From 10:30 PM onwards, the lights are dimmed, and around midnight they are reduced to a minimum level.
Your holiday is coming to an end and you still have packaged food that you no longer need?
We try to pass these on through “food sharing.”
Please simply leave them on the kitchen table or in the refrigerator.
For the sake of our environment, we kindly ask you to separate waste into the following categories. In the garage at the entrance, you will find our waste room. There you will find suitable containers for all types of waste.
In a service cabinet (outside the apartment), you will find a small selection of drinks and beer for the beer tap system. The prices are displayed and will be charged to your bill the evening before your departure.
The entire apartment, including access areas and staircases, is non-smoking. For smokers, balconies and terraces are available.

The main entrance door and the ski cellar are locked from 10:00 PM.
Please use the garage entrance for night access.
Your apartment is equipped with a high-quality automatic pellet stove.
The pellet stove is in addition to the central heating system and provides both pleasant ambiance and extra warmth.
Please read the operating instructions carefully before use (located above the fireplace).
Pellets are fed into the combustion chamber automatically only. It is strictly prohibited to burn any other materials in the stove.
Warning! Risk of burns during operation!
After switching off, an automatic cooling phase starts and the fan continues to run for a certain period of time.
The stove must not be unplugged during this cooling phase. “FIRE HAZARD”
No liability can be accepted for damage or accidents resulting from improper use of the stove.
Pellets for refilling can be found in the garage in the waste room.

Special wall-mounted ashtrays are provided on the balconies and in the garage area.
Warning – the grass flooring on the balconies is not fireproof and is highly flammable!
For your own safety and to minimize odor nuisance for your neighbors, we kindly ask you to avoid smoking on the balconies and to do so outside in front of the building instead.
The Prime Apartments are wheelchair accessible.
From the ground-level parking garage, you can access the Prime Apartments directly and reach your floor via the elevator.
All doors have a minimum width of 80 cm or more. There are no significant door thresholds. Bathrooms and showers are level with the floor.
On request, we provide grab bars, support handles, and shower stools free of charge.

Arena Coaster The 1,450 m long alpine coaster with waves, steep curves, and jumps is located directly at the valley station of the Rosenalmbahn / Zillertal Arena in Rohr. Tel. +43 (0)5282 7165
Rodelbahn Krummbachtal In Gerlos in the Krummbachtal, there is a 1.5 km illuminated toboggan run. Sledding operation: Monday to Sunday until 12:00 AM (midnight). During the day, ascent is possible by ski bus – in the evening, taxi transfer is available (on request). Information is available at the tourism office: Tel. +43 (0)5284 5244-0.
A sauna session is available at any time. Preheating time: approx. 30–40 minutes.
To activate the sauna, the main switch (located at the entrance of your apartment) must be turned on. You can select between two different temperature settings using the start buttons on the sauna. Press and hold the desired button until the colored light inside the cabin turns on (approx. 20 seconds). The sauna will then start heating. The sauna is active once the colored light inside the cabin is on. By pressing the button again, you can switch the sauna off.
Once the sauna has reached the desired temperature, you can use the built-in flap in the wooden bench to pour water for a sauna infusion (aufguss).
Max. 1 litre of water should be poured slowly into the funnel with a slight delay. You may also add suitable sauna fragrance concentrates in drops if desired.
Repairs and cleaning work caused by improper use of the sauna will be charged to you!
Shower yourself healthy – one of the showers is equipped with an infrared panel on the wall. By touching the on/off switch, the panel turns on, and by pressing it again, it switches off. Please note that after switching off, there is a fan run-on time of approx. 15 minutes. During this time, the white LED will blink and the panel cannot be switched on.
(The button works inductively – depending on blood circulation in your fingers, it may be necessary to place your entire palm on the sensor.)

Please note that after switching off, there is a fan run-on time of approx. 15 minutes. During this time, the white LED will blink and the panel cannot be switched on.

Your apartment is equipped with a modern central vacuum system.
The hose and vacuum wand can be found in the cleaning cupboard.
Insert the hose into the designated/marked wall inlet and the vacuum cleaner will start automatically.
This is only suitable for dirt that can be picked up with a standard vacuum cleaner.

Do NOT vacuum liquids, ash, cigarettes, or large objects!
Any damage caused by improper use will be charged to you.

These are located in the ski cellar.
Cost per wash cycle: EUR 4 (4 x 1-euro coins).
Dryer: free of charge

Our request: Please inform us in writing and in good time. We try to be flexible and understanding.
Cancellation policy:
Up to 2 months before arrival, no cancellation fees apply.
From 2 to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the booked stay will be charged.
From 30 days to 7 days before arrival, 70% of the stay will be charged.
Within the last week before arrival, or in case of early departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
The Austrian hotel regulations apply.
Free cancellation applies if arrival is not possible due to border closures to Austria.
We prefer cash payments or debit cards (Maestro bank card), as well as advance bank transfer (net hotel rate). Visa and Mastercard are also accepted.
